The instructions for assembling a breast pump. I threw them away a year and a half ago after my first child was weaned, figuring if I had a second one, surely I'd remember how to put it back together. NOT SO MUCH. Google to the rescue!
The posters on the walls of the patient room in my allergy/asthma doctor's office. Also DW, though I'm going to have to reread the_comfortable_courtesan from the beginning at some point, I've lost track of at least one significant goings-on.
Twitter and related baseline, a chapter or two of The Hobbit while at the laundromat, the first chapter of a long fic, and, of course, work emails. Too hot and muggy for anything too taxing. *g*
Some pages of The Silmarillion here and there. Problem was I kept drifting off in the middle of it - on account of needing sleep, not on account of disliking it. :D
I've spent the last couple of days nibble-reading my way through the Captain Awkward glossary (C-A is pretty good, I find the glossary to be an excellent primer *s*).
A bit of Barraclough's Introduction to Contemporary History. I had this weird idea sparked by news of Jon Vickers' death but I don't think it's going anywhere.
