I'm quite happy with this weekend's reading! I read a good many children's books, as expected, but I also managed a fair bit of the Sally Ride biography. We had guests, so I'm pleased at getting anything read at all besides a restaurant menu...
Have quite a lot of catching up to do with work e-mail and DW/LJ still.
Pineapple chicken recipe. Not vegetarian, obv, and not gluten-free either (though with GF all-purpose flour instead of non-GF, that's solved), but oooh does it sound tasty.
*First* 300 pages? How many pages does it have? Am now picturing something that, in dead tree edition, could be used as a most satisfactory substitute for a very large codfish...
I had a bumper crop! The usual reading list reading, with a touch of friends page and twitter here and there, and the I got started on a substantial chunk of fanfiction, and then Saturday I said to myself "Well, Unspoken is still sitting there, let's get on with it!" and once I started I did stop to go stock up on fruit for the week and every now and then I stopped when I was having too many feelings, but immediately upon finishing I went and located ebooks for the second and third book in the trilogy because I needed to know what happened. Deliciously tropey soulbonding with magicians, with many many many of the issues of soulbonding explored.

It does, yes. I suppose tofu would work? I'd want to experiment before saying for sure.
