I love how, if you do a Google search for it, one of the things that comes up is the following: "If, the poem by Rudyard Kipling, is inspirational and motivational, providing a set of rules for life and personal behaviour and development."

I...suppose it can be read that way? What it reads like to me is, the expectations for masculinity are just as unrealistic as the expectations for femininity, just differently so.

I read some reports and invoices and a smattering of social media, plus some short articles people linked.

Variety is good! I read a lot of different things yesterday too, with lots of social media scattered through the day.

Lots and lots and lots of work documents, plus Twitter and literally two pages of a novel at bedtime.

Apart from the novel at bedtime (my last bit of reading is usually to the toddler before *her* bedtime), that's been most days for me, too, for weeks! :)
