Admin Post: New administrator and posting format and schedule changes

ironed_orchid has graciously offered to assist with administration and regular posting to the community. Thank you!

After some discussion, we came up with a new posting schedule and format, which I hope will be acceptable to members. I will carry on posting Daily Reading prompts every day until next Tuesday, when I go on holiday for a week. This takes us almost to the end of the Three Weeks for Dreamwidth fest. After that, we'd like to switch to the following format, which puts less pressure on us to post daily.

Monday: What did you read this weekend? post by nanila
Tuesday: Daily Reading post by ironed_orchid
Wednesday: Intended/Anti-Procrastination Reading* post by ironed_orchid
Thursday: Daily Reading post by nanila
Friday: What do you plan to read this weekend? post by nanila
