Surprising lots! I took the day off work because hands ow, which gave me plenty of time to read The Kingdom of Matthias (the class reading, which for some reason I'd thought was a novel; it's a history text), Coven Craft by Amber K (some of it is too Wicca-specific to be pertinent to things I'm thinking, but the rest is relevant), and the introduction and first two chapters of Worshipping Athena ed. Jenifer Neils (fascinating).
Several more chapters of The Lord of the Rings, again in parallel with the tor.com re-read. This included Book IV, which I’d remembered as being a lot of tedious wandering around in the wilderness but is actually much more interesting than that! Whereas I’m struggling rather with Book V.
I read all of I Am Providence, by Nick Mamatas, which I recommend to anyone who's ever been involved some way in SFF fandom, especially if you've ever attended a con, and even more so to anyone who's ever been fascinated by H.P. Lovecraft/Cthulhu Mythos.
Confessions of A Slacker Mom by Muffy Mead Cure for the Common Breakup Beth Kendrick (large print) by Beth Kendrick From Here To Maternity by Beth Teistell New Uses For Old Boyfriends by Beth Kendrick Snoopy's Guide To Writing In Every Port by Karin Kallmaker (finally finished) Put A Ring On It by Beth Kendrick
I'm almost done with Making Babies by Anne Enright. I only have about 40 pages, but I stopped to go eat something.
