This week I am going to read Athenian Popular Religion. I have been meaning to for MONTHS.

volume of sermons on the Besht for an edition being put together for my Rebbe's 80th birthday. I really need to get on this!

six journal articles for uni.

I haven't read beyond Book 1 of The Last Man, and I pretty surely won't, this side of the world running out of other books. It's very interesting, as an artefact of the times, but awfully turgid stuff; I get impatient with its very self-conscious, high-flown style.
This means I'm stopping before the apocalyptic, end-of-the-world stuff, but so it goes.

Everything that's piled up next to my bedside has been there for weeks, untouched. /o\ All my reading energy has been devoted to work-related reading lately.

Need holiday, stat.
