What haven't you read yet this week?
We all have things we mean to read, but never quite find the time, whether it's a bunch of unopened tabs, or in a precarious tower of books by the bed.
What's on your to-be-read list this week

Date: 2016-09-29 03:11 am (UTC)These are:
Radiance, by Cat Valente
The Last Weekend, by Nick Mamatas
Who Fears Death, by Nnedi Okorafor
The Fifth Season, by N.K. Jemisin
and the aforementioned My Sister Rosa by Justine Larbalestier
Some of these books have been there for months, because reading a new book with new characters takes a lot more effort than re-reading a favourite or reading a new book in a series that I've already started.

Date: 2016-09-30 07:23 am (UTC)I haven't purchased the Valente yet - will be interested in hear your thoughts. I have the Okorafor, but I'm also part way through another of hers, so waiting to finish that first (and several other books).
And I've just cleared everything off the bed side table onto the (clear) floor, and been reminded again how nice it is to have nothing there. Maybe the plan for the rest of the day will have to be reading.
