Sympathies. I've started having to regulate all my internet usage. I'm just spending too much time reading political stuff and being angry.

I've modified some of my notifications so I don't constantly get prompted to check my phone, but I also feel the strong need to check in with my people, so it's easy to get swamped by political stuff.
