What haven't you read yet this week?

We all have things we mean to read, but never quite find the time, whether it's a bunch of unopened tabs, or in a precarious tower of books by the bed.

What's on your to-be-read list this week?

I'm still trying to finish a re-read of Boundaries, and I really should try to make some headway on my study materials for a work-related certification exam coming up soon.

I've just added that one to my 'to read' pile, having recently acquired a copy.

On my list of things to be read this week:
- Barchester Towers, again, for halfamoon.
- Quick scan of several newspapers each morning, looking items to add to [personal profile] megpie71's daily compilation of good news.
- some things about honey which have just come across my radar.
- 1 Corinthians, second chapter.

If it's what's on my list this week, to be read sometime or other... oh, that's a very long list! :)

Today, I took Red Queen by Christina Henry, and something by Margery Piercy (sp?) to the beach with me, and failed to open either of them. I also have 16 books on my 'currently reading' in Goodreads - need to make an effort to get back to that. And in the last week I haven't read more than a screen or two of 'Carmilla', which I'm reading in Serial Reader.

Today's goal is to read All The Email (on the new computer) and Close All The Tabs. Plenty of reading for the next few hours!

Thanks! I then completely distracted myself (after a bit of both email and tabs) by reading half of the Red Queen. Oooh, it is fabulous. I didn't think that the author was going to be more than a one trick pony, given that the first book was multiple variations on a theme, but it appears that while the approach might be the same, a completely different piece has been created.

I'm looking forward to getting back home and finishing off The Hanging Tree.

I have a copy in large format -- when artisanat has finished reading it, I'll see if I can remember to drop it by work for you.
