a book by Martin Buber on Israel (One Land, Two Peoples); Zalman Schachter Shalomi (The Ten S'firot in Sacred Time); and a few things by the Netivot Shalom (a 20th century Hasidic Master, who passed in 2000.)
I have started reading yet another Wizard of Oz transformative novel; this one is 'Dorothy Must Die". I'm kind of enjoying it, but not so much that I can be bothered to go into the next room and pick it up again.
Sadly, the all the email was merely most of what was in one inbox, but it was several hours worth, and so it certainly felt like absolutely everything!
I have not gone back to the Dorothy book today, instead cycling to the next partially read books, which is 'Getting Things Done', which seems to have several ideas that might work for the way that I do things (although the person who spotted me carrying it basically said it had been completely useless for them, and they have read it three times!)
My last check in was October 3rd. Since then, I've read:
Little Victories: Peaceful Rules for Imperfect Living by Jason Gay (audiobook) Dad Is Fat by Jim Gaffigin (audiobook) Fitness Junkie by Lucy Sykes and Jo Piazza (audiobook) Having It and Eating It by Sabine Durrant Love Well: Living Life Unrehearsed and Unstuck by Jamie George (audiobook) The Rosie Effect by Graeme Simsion (audiobook) Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance by Angela Duckworth Presence: Bringing Your Boldest Self to your biggest Challenges by Amy Cuddy The Amityville Horror by Jan Ansen Paris In Love: A Memoir by Eloisa James Right (or is that Right?) Every Time by Lottie Stride.
