It's Friday again already. What are you planning to read this weekend? Everything counts! Menus, maps and mysteries included.

Just googled Sorcerer to the Crown: looks really nice! It's on my to-read list now for 2016 (I won't stick to a reading challenge then! :D )

I am planning to continue reading in the novel 'Windows on the World'.
It's one of those books I'm reading for the 2015 reading challenge by PopSugar. This book falls into the category a book you were supposed to read in school, but didn't. I read this book for French and I finished about half of it: it was so boring (and difficult to read as it was in French)! Now for take 2, I have the English version (bliss!), but it still has boring tendencies.. Oh well, just get this out of the way as soon as possible :p

I am on leave and revelling in Not Making Plans. If I read, I'll probably read my dwircle, highly kudosed recent fic on the AO3, and recipe books to find something indulgent for dinner.

I'm hoping to have a whole weekend free of reading stuff posted by clueless friends who are apparently incapable of checking the provenance of the rubbish they spread.

I really wish I could give up Facebook. The signal/noise ratio is poor and the Stupid is rampant but it's also, alas, where most stuff is happening. Gresham's Law appears to apply to social media.

The usual (Twitter, etc.) and maybe, just maybe, I'll get to closing some tabs. One can aspire...

Also, it looks like there will be a great deal of QuickBooks in my weekend.
